Got home from my lash lift an hour ago & there is no difference in my eyelashes, they’re straight. I’ve had so many lash lifts over the years & this is my worst. The beautician fully wiped all of the product off at the end and wiped my eyelashes down, not up? I’m assuming this is the reason for the lift not working because normally I leave looking like I have mascara on curled lashes.
It’s so disappointing as you can’t have another lash lift for 8 weeks, so I can’t fix it now. I expect a refund

The place is very hard to find but fantastic. Just popped in for removal as usual nail salon is in London. Very pleased.

Ok, but I was expecting better. The therapist kept answering phone, at some point she left the room, came back, no apology, nothing. The treatment was planned for almost 1,5 hour, finished after 55 mins.
