I turned up for my treatment to be told that they’d doubled booked me as they have 2 booking systems. My appointment had been booked for over a week, so confused how no one noticed? No appropriate resolution offered, so I suggested their new salon across Manchester which I was told was do-able if I got there in 15 mins. Ran across town in 15 mins, only to wait 20 mins to be seen. The appointment then took over 2 hours! Had to pay an extra £10 in parking and wasn’t offered any compensation!

Overall great - superb standard, very nice professional people. Was a little frustrating to have BIAB nails done then be told afterwards that you can’t have BIAB on toes (I’m OCD with exact matching) but they sorted that out. Also Treatwell’s booking system told me the treatment would be done at 19:30; on their side was listed as 19:45 and I didn’t have that time available to give them, and had made the point at 18:45 that I needed to leave at 19:30 so the end was rushed.
