I decided to book with Xtrim as there were so many amazing reviews and with an average 4.9 star rating, I had no reason not to. I booked with Mita and she was nothing short of exceptional, she was quick, attentive and reassuring. She was amazing at making me feel comfortable for my first ever wax and the results are amazing, I have no burns, bruising or dryness! Mita has been in the business for years and has clients come from all over London for Hollywood waxes and now I see why!
