The haircut I had booked in for turned out to not actually be available despite me booking and paying for it in advance.
The stylist turned out to be Anti-Vax which made me feel very uncomfortable and I would not have booked with her if I had known as I work with vulnerable people.

There was some problem with the booking, treatment started one hour late. Understand this was an accident and appreciate still taking the time to complete the treatment and the beautician is very nice. but some tools were left on the floor and picked up to continue the treatment and the the cutting was a bit aggressive.
