The treatment was ok but was supposed to last for an hour, I checked the time when she was done and it was 45 mins. I didn’t say anything at the time as I was pretty sleepy and didn’t feel like causing a scene, but it was annoying. Also I feel like she should have used some kind of moisturiser after removing the face mask. My skin felt very dry afterwards. On the whole the staff were nice but the whole experience was a bit below average.

Mita was excellent!! I’m typically quite shy/anxious but for the whole appointment Mita made me feel comfortable, relaxed & we had great chats. My lashes are beautiful, more than I could’ve asked for. Another lady that works there (idk her name sadly) was also very polite & welcoming when I came in for my patch test too. Will be back at this salon in future for sure!! Thank you ladies <3
