Unfortunately, the bed was broken and needed to be tended to quite a few times during the massage and this disturbed the time. I also was very uncomfortable at the beginning when the headrest kept moving up and down this caused problems to my neck. As I did book a head shoulder and back massage, unfortunately did not receive much of a massage to my neck and I felt that the techniques were not intermediate at all..
