I had booked with Aline, but was only told when I arrived to the appointment that she was not available, and would not be available in the future. I don't understand why I wasn't informed of this, as I would've just cancelled my appointment and gotten a refund. Instead, I had to rebook with another stylist for another day who was alright but definitely would have preferred to go somewhere else. Complete waste of my time.
