As someone who suffers with a long-standing musculoskeletal condition, I have had many treatments from many different professionals in the past. I can honestly say Wynston is one of the most highly skilled and caring therapists I have had. Over the time I have been seeing him, he has learned about my condition and tailored my treatments to give me a really personalised level of care. This massively improves my overall wellbeing and quality of life, I would fully recommend Wynston to anyone.

I had a massage with Wynston who was friendly and welcoming from the start. Wynston is very knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. I recieved a deep tissue massage and it was one of the best Iv had. I left feeling great and I will definitely be returning. Highley recommend!

Easy to find the Castleford location with sign next to the door. Wynston was super friendly and experienced. Loved the nice chill atmosphere and music. Toilet on site. 100% recommend.

I was quite nervous about coming as I’ve never booked any treatments like this, but Wynston was exceptional. He reassured me, did wonders on my back and gave me some great advice too. I’ll definately be coming back. Thankyou Wynston.

Had a lovely experience at Wynston's sports therapy and massage. Made me feel very welcome and it has definitely reduced the pain in my lower back. Lovely hidden gem in Castleford!
