Wynston was great. really knew his stuff. I only went for a leg/hip problem but he also worked on some lower back pain too which was well needed. Really lovely guy as well. everything was fantastic. Would highly reccomend.

I had an amazing back neck shoulder massage, wynston made sure I felt comfortable and knew exactly where all my tension was. I will definitely be rebooking 😁😁

I came in for a sports massage due to severe sacrum pain and neck pain due to sitting frequently due to the nature of my job and I also have poor posture. As well as muscle tightness due to my frequent running schedule. Wynston did a great job of treating these areas and relieving some of the tension and pain. He recommended some exercises to further improve my symptoms and he is very knowledgeable and experienced. Great massage, thank you so much I will be back soon 🙂

Had my first MFR treatment with Wynston today & I can feel the benefit already. He didn’t hold back but I required a lot of pressure as there was a great deal of tension in my neck & back. Will definitely be returning & would recommend to anyone.
