They were 25minutes late seeing me, without an apology. One staff member was nice, one was 'present' and one spent the only silent part of my visit bitching about customers - overall gave an unwelcoming air. I could have got over that if the blow-dry was good but it wasn't, my curls were 'fine' when I left but because I was already late for my plans so I had to leave it there...90minutes later, despite using half a cab or spray in my hair, there was not a wave in sight. Avoid.

The salon was really nice and the staff were lovely. Can't fault them on the ambiance and overall style.
But the colour treatment really wasn't great for a brunette - the highlights were far too blonde, and actually aged me. If I were a blonde it probably would have been fine, but on a brunette it was awful. By the time I saw the colour, I'd been there for 3 hours so didn't kick up a fuss as I just wanted to leave. I ended up applying a semi-permanent tint over the blonde highlights the next day to get the colour I wanted. For the amount spent (£170 including toner), I could have had much much better results at a high-street salon. Will definitely not be coming back or recommending.
