I visited this place for the first time yesterday. Alex, who I think is the manager attended to me. There was such a nice atmosphere in the salon. Was even asked what music I would like to listen too. Alex explained everything to me as he was working on my hair and I could not be happier. A big tip is well deserved and will definitely be back. Such a beautiful salon, talented crew and friendly manager!!
Good cut, good conversation about colour choice. Overall good experience, I would recommend it.

My hair is so damaged from this. I had half my hair pulled out. I had to sleep sitting up because my scalp was in so much pain. I paid to have a stylist blow dry my hair after the balayage and instead the person who did it had started that day.
The color itself looked fine until I got home and discovered a spot of bleached hair on the back of my head. A big round blob. It was so obvious that there is just no way the stylist didn’t see it when I was having my hair blow dried and cut...
I didn’t even go back to have it fixed because of how painful and damaging the first balayage experience was there.
Also beware- I was charged an extra £85 at the studio once I was finished without being warned... £50 of this was just for a conditioner treatment (which I bought a whole bottle of online for £20)
