Alex was good about listening to what I wanted and giving suggestions. In the end it is almost what I was looking for but a tiny bit stripy/too obviously coloured. Likely this is partially my fault for trying to go too many shades lighter with the balayage. Overall pleased though and Alex takes his time and concentrates when doing your colour. The assistant who washed my hair was bit clumsy with the water and pulled my hair a bit.

My scalp is still in agony a week after visiting this salon. They were so rough with my hair during the blow dry and I am shocked with the results, so patchy. I was forced to pay extras I didn’t need or want.
Very overpriced for what it is.
Will not be back!
