Alex and everyone there made me feel welcome from the start. I suffer from Severe Depression and Body Dysmorphia and this really affects how I judge my appearance, but Alex gave the perfect amount of encouragement to get me a bit more involved in deciding what to do with my hair.
I have very fine hair and the style he gave it lasted all evening at a gig. This was truly a first for me.
I will definitely be back, even though I live in SE London.
