I usually have Walter cutting my hair which always is an amazing experience. This time I had someone else and the experience was awful. I didn't have a good time. He didn't really listen to my request on what I wanted and didn't style me hair. The treatment was supposed to be an 1 hour long. He only spent 20 mins with me and it was so expensive. He basically just gave me a trim and no style. I really wishes I ask for a refund. I was so disappointed with the experience. I left the salon feeling terrible. I don't think I will be going back again.

Walter was just impeccable in his service. He did such a fantastic job on my hair and was super careful not to damage it with the bleach. Loved every moment and would definitely recommend!
