The team were under staffed but managed to squeeze me in before I had to run to an appointment and Walter was amazing! He explained what I should do with my hair and the outcome was just what I was hoping for

An awful experience. I went here based on the amazing reviews, but left thoroughly disappointed. Even the hairwashing was horrendous, I felt like a ragdoll! There was no massage, the water was splashing all over my face and it was all done ridiculously quickly. The haircut itself was done in 5 mins and looks no different, despite saying multiple times exactly how I wanted it. I was not being listened to at all. To top it off, I was constantly being reminded that my stylist was dying to go home.

My entire appointment took 5.5 hours - despite being booked and expected for 3 hours (max).
The staff were lovely and highlights / cut were very good, but they kept me waiting for 40 mins when I arrived and then my stylist kept wandering off throughout which slowed down the whole process. I would never have expected to be there so long - a complete disrespect of my time.
They also had very little in place to lower risk for Covid. They wore masks OR a visor, but clients were sat next to each.
