My entire appointment took 5.5 hours - despite being booked and expected for 3 hours (max).
The staff were lovely and highlights / cut were very good, but they kept me waiting for 40 mins when I arrived and then my stylist kept wandering off throughout which slowed down the whole process. I would never have expected to be there so long - a complete disrespect of my time.
They also had very little in place to lower risk for Covid. They wore masks OR a visor, but clients were sat next to each.

Ersan is a superb stylist. This was my first appointment with him and in this saloon, and I'll happily go back. He was super friendly, he made me feel welcome and confident that I was in good hands. First we discussed what I'd like and he suggested what he'd want to do to my hair before he took any action, so it was all in agreement. The result is great, I'm very happy with my haircut and I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you!
