I didn’t see any cleaning / sterilising going on between treatments of the foot file or nail files or clippers. I had a natural pedicure/ manicure with no gel, regular polish. The tech used an electronic machine to remove my cuticles which I have only ever seen used when removing acrylics or gels. He then sanded down my nail, I wish I’d stoped him but I didn’t really know what was going on. My nails are now rough and I’m worried about long term damage. 4 of my cuticles ended up bleeding.
