The staff seemed nice enough but the place was bad. It was really unclean with dust and nail clippings everywhere. There didn't seem to be much washing happening between clients and I don't think any sterilising happens. I had to wait about 20mins for my apt (along with other people waiting) so there's not a clear appointment/queue system. The mani & pedi was okay but the colour I'd chosen was running out. They put something in it to dilute it which meant that even after 3 coats it was streaky.

I have always had very good treatment here. They do the job well, have a wide range of gel and polish choices and are good value. I especially appreciated being given a bottle cold water during the recent high temperatures
