First time at this salon and won’t be returning. I wasn’t aware it was cash only - there’s nothing in venue policy saying so. When my online banking wouldn’t accept the salon’s details, I was sent down the street to an ATM, which was out of service. These things happen, but the customer service was appalling and got to a point where another customer offered to have me transfer to her, so she could try transfer it on. The staff did next to nothing to help, and it felt quite hostile. Hard no.

Nice and chilled experience for my pedicure. The massage chair really helped my achey back! My therapist was quiet with no conversation, which allowed me to relax. Limited range of normal polish but probably to be expected these days!
