Pros- Felicity and staff were very warm and inviting and my hair looked incredible.
I was 30mins late for my appointment and they were very kind enough to still see me straight away.
I was offered complimentary beverages throughout my appointment.
Cons- Even though I paid in full via treatwell I was charged an extra £15 at the end of my appointment because I opted for a longer length this seemed unfair as I said twice that I'd prefer a shorter length but was told both times the ombre wouldn't show as much if it wasn't waist length, after their recommendations I was never told once in the whole 7hrs it took to do my hair that I'd be getting a surprise bill at the end. Because I got a really good discount from treatwell it seemed as though they needed a reason to bump up the price and make the difference back.
There were quite a lot of children running around and screaming so if your someone who likes peace and serenity while you get your hair done this isn't the salon for you.
I absolutely love my hair but overall I wouldn't come back as I didn't appreciate being overcharged and the lack of communication.

Felicity and her team always get my hair spot on and it's never too much trouble to feedback exactly what I want. She makes recommendations but doesn't force a sale on you, my hair usually keeps for quite a good amount of time which memes value for money. She also can source hair for you if you give her advance notice. Been going there for over 12 years and even though I don't live in the area anymore I still always make the drive back.
