Felicity made me feel so welcomed! She was so friendly and professional and also so reassuring, I felt comfortable with telling her what I wanted and needed. I didn't get kinky twists in the end, I got rope braids and we tried medium and jumbo to see which one suited me best. I definitely going to make this my salon! xoxo

My stylist Rachel did a great job with the box braids, she was quick and efficient! I just want to say that my style cost the same price as for what I prepaid on treatwell. I got medium size braids to bra length. I am glad that i did not let some reviews deter me from attending my appointment.

The style turned out good. However I was made to wait for almost 1 hour before I could have my hair done, as the stylist still hadn't arrived. Staff were not very helpful at first, but then I enquired as to where the stylist was, someone else offered to do my hair. I had pre paid, after I did my hair the hair stylist asked me how much I paid, I said £40, she said that is too low, as if she wanted me to pay more. She didn't do anything that was different from what I paid for, also that is their price on treatwell, so to try and get me to pay more after is cheeky of them. Overall it wasn't a good experience which is a shame.
