My first Colonic Hydrotherapy treatment.....following Yuletide bloating! Julia was friendly and professional throughout and put me at ease during this voyage into the unknown.
The results of the treatment were very positive and it was good value.
I visited West London Colonics during the Christmas party season when I was feeling sluggish and not myself. This was my first time having the procedure and Julia made me feel at ease straight away. The atmosphere is the room was very relaxed and I was given advice on my current health choices and Julia highlighted areas for improvement. I felt a lot better after the procedure and I would highly recommend a visit to West London Colonics. It is a very relaxed and professional environment!
I am not a newcomer to Colonics having previously had a couple at the Hale clinic, in Central London; however West London Colonics (WLC) at Northolt suits me better being local to me, and easy to get to.
I have been a regular at WLC since December last year, since when I have had 6 sessions, roughly at 2 monthly intervals.
I have a job I enjoy, but it entails a lot of flying which I have found plays havoc with my digestion, leading me to have a bloated feeling. I had been looking for things to help me manage this unfortunate effect, and I find that colonic treatments are helpful. The evidence of the colonic outflow tube clearly shows that regular treatments are definitely cleansing, and act like a system tune-up. I definitely feel the better for it.
The advantage with colonics, as opposed to taking 'over the counter' medications (for bloating et al), is that the latter stop working after a while, and they don't really help to strengthen the digestive/ eliminative system, whilst colonics do.
I have experimented with having Green coffee implants and it works well for me.

I experienced enema back in 2004, 2008 and 2010 and it has never ever been so comfortable as here in West London Colonics.
The location is very welcoming and Julia is very welcoming. In her emails and in person. She double checked in a sweet way if I was comfortable. The first session was very comfortable, I had no pain whatsoever. I have been juice fasting and water fasting and drinking green smoothies more often since 2013. I had a relaxing massage for my belly and during the colonic Julia massaged my belly also to get things moving.
Not much came out on the table, but afterwards hell broke loose in the toilet. This could happen, Julia had already explained to me.
The next day I felt energetic and I looked into the mirror and maybe it was my imagination but my belly was less bloated.
The second session 3 days later, I had herbs in the water and also coffee. To detox liver. I felt a bit of tingling all over, but we had such a lovely conversation about life and how health should not be taken for granted that I was feeling very comfortable.
I am now on my 5th day of water fasting and I feel very energetic, even though I got the flu and a bit of fever and my voice is gone. I had pain in my tailbone and back pain when we started the first session. The next day the pain was almost half. And yesterday after the session I felt so relaxed and energetic at the same time. Today I am feeling lighter and I hope to come back again for a few session after my year abroad.
If you're feeling a bit sluggish and you don't know why, I would recommend a colonic at West London Colonics. I've been through a programme and am now on a regular periodic maintenance programme, and I feel wonderful.
