On arrival, there was no one at reception and I was asked from inside the salon to “please sit.” I was also charged extra for paying by card. No disposables were provided during the service, and despite there being no other clients in the salon, the door was left open throughout the waxing, which was extremely uncomfortable.
When I asked for a wet wipe afterwards, I was told “it will come off when you shower.” Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.

My experience was disappointing. Despite having time left on my appointment, I was denied the option to upgrade to gel, as they claimed online bookings aren’t considered. As a result, the technician only trimmed and applied regular polish, something I could have done better myself. She appeared double-booked, moving between painting my toes and performing a full-body wax for the client next door, which felt unhygienic. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and the overall service was poor.
