I don’t want to blame the therapist (it was her first time at Wembley Beauty Clinic), but the experience was unacceptable: the room and basin were dirty, walls had visible spots, massage table head hole was over a bin, the room was very cold, light not working so phone torch was used, body spray used instead of proper oil/cream, and the massage lasted less than 1 hour. My photos show conditions very different from the website. I expect a full refund.
