Facial Experience:Harjeet rushed through the process, used minimal product, and skipped the massage entirely. She popped my active acne, causing pain and bleeding, and neglected my neck until I pointed it out. It was clear that she lacks the necessary skills to perform a facial—completely inexperienced and unprofessional.
