The therapist was unfriendly. She didn’t say much even at the end of the treatment. I came for a verruca cryotherapy . When she said it was finished. I questioned her about the cryotherapy and only then she told me that she didn’t do it. I had to question further to be told it was not a verruca. I questioned further so she gave me a quick explanation and that she cleaned the area and gave a bit of advice. I’m a therapist and I would talk to people without them having to ask. Very poor service!!

First time I've had a sports massage since I moved to West London, but have already found my regular place. Lovely office and settings, and Tatiana gave a brilliant massage whilst being great company. Highly recommended.
