My usual therapist wasn’t there this time as I usually always have waxing treatment with her. Sadly she’s left apparently. The therapist I had this time was sadly not as efficient. She took a very long time for my waxing and forgot several bits of hair on my leg that luckily my second therapist noticed and kindly removed. I also had to tell her to put oil on her gloves as she started waxing me with sticky gloves ( not a great sign of cleanliness) which was not very comfortable. Luckily the second therapist who then did my Brazilian was really efficient. She used a proper light and spotted areas not done by the previous one so overall happy. Will make sure to book with her next! Overall a nice place.
