Natalia is the reason I keep returning - she’s just brilliant. She’s a total perfectionist and does a brilliant job of my nails. She’s quick but always pays attention to detail - and really listens to what I’d like (in terms of nail shape etc). I love that Natalia is friendly and chatty - but at the same time just leaves me in blissful silence throughout most of my treatments because sometimes that’s the only time we can all get some peace and quiet from our day. I definitely recommend the Wellness Lounge and Natalia in particular.

This was my first visit to Wellness Lounge and I wasn’t disappointed. Jazz was incredibly friendly and attentive. Massage was perfect and left me feeling very relaxed. If I were to pick a fault it would have to be the flickering lights in the massage room, which took away from some of the ambience. Overall, very happy and will be going back!
