It's been three years since I last paid a visit to the Wellness Lounge, but on going back the other day for my first Brazilian wax since then (eep!), the only noticeable change was that the service had simply gotten better. Olga is the most professional, thorough beauty therapist you could wish to meet. She works to put you at ease both before and during treatment - which you're especially grateful for if it's an intimate wax! - and does a genuinely brilliant job of the treatment itself. The therapy rooms are clean, pretty and spacious which does make a positive difference to your salon experience as well. As I said to Olga, I hope she and the Wellness Lounge will be around for a very long time to come as I can't imagine going anywhere else!
