I have been to this salon for waxing few times and always had a good experience. This time unfortunately not. I booked a brazilian wax and I asked for paper knickers but they run out of them. I was told by the beautician (Olga?) that I should just remain without any underwear. I told her I felt uncomfortable about it and she refused to do the waxing with knickers on. She was rude and unprofessional. I asked her to call a colleague as they other beauticians would usually do it. Violetta, the other beautician, arrived and was so kind and was able to do the treatment.
