Great treatment - Olga is very friendly and makes a painful experience so by much quicker! Had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment dispute being on time due to other people being late. No update from the staff to let me know this when I arrived. Surely should be a policy to cut the time of people's appointments if they are late.

Waxing at the wellness lounge is always great. They are really quick which means it's over quickly but the wax they use means it's also as pain free as it can be. The team here are always really friendly too.
