Great treatment - Olga is very friendly and makes a painful experience so by much quicker! Had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment dispute being on time due to other people being late. No update from the staff to let me know this when I arrived. Surely should be a policy to cut the time of people's appointments if they are late.

Waxing at the wellness lounge is always great. They are really quick which means it's over quickly but the wax they use means it's also as pain free as it can be. The team here are always really friendly too.

I am a regular at wellness lounge but was even more impressed than ever with this appointment. I'm on crutches so struggling to move or bend my leg but they were so helpful and rearranged furniture so my leg was comfortable during the pedicure.

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted, the threading was done really well and I thought it looked great despite a little unevenness is eyebrow thickness, but this is very hard to avoid as my eyebrows are naturally like that (and probably it was only noticeable to me). The tinting was performed well also but it turned out it wasn't dark enough after a few days - so I went back and they happily fixed it for me. Great service and skill.
