Really disappointing wax. I asked for a Brazilian which seemed to confuse the waxer and she left patches of hair everywhere. I kept having to ask to do everything but the strip, but it was implied that’s not what a Brazilian wax is. She also used a mix of hot wax and strip wax. When she did the hot wax bits she didn’t wait for it to dry properly and it was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable and painful, it left me with huge red marks which have been there for 5 days now.

Alex is so good at what he does! I have quite fine hair and all I said was make it voluminous and he took care of the rest. Been going to him for a while now and my hair always turns out great he knows what’s best for your hair type and gives great recommendations, my haircuts are definitely more flattering now! great service overall🫶🏻
