Warm welcome upon arrival. Don’t have anything else nice to say sadly.
There was no pre care at all no wiping etc. Specified I wanted hot wax but only used strips. Could clearly see i was in pain, made 0 efforts to make me feel comfortable. Very insensitive treatment / barely any aftercare. When I looked down, saw the job was rushed, and neglected.
