I made a booking for Chloe to do my nails, she is the only person I have do them. I got to the shop and Chloe apparently doesn’t work there anymore. I paid for my nails upfront on treatwell so I couldn’t walk out as I would have lost my money. I had to have someone else. He just didn’t do them to my standards. I had to keep asking him to rectify nails as they were filed to thin. The paint work was patchy. In the end I walked out unhappy. Beware that you don’t get who you book for! I’m so annoyed
