Nails had not dried when I was told they were dried and asked to leave. As a result I got home
and they had been scratched and smudged.
Poor choice of colours for the manicure and when I asked for help finding another colour the technician just shrugged at me.
The nail station was filthy! Clearly wasn’t cleaned between people or at all.
First time here and will not be back, lots of improvements to be made.
