Had a 2 hour massage and facial - massage was great, felt very relaxed and informed. Found it hard to relax in the facial as I didn't know what to expect/different stages (thought it would be more buccal style), it didn't align with my expectations. Facial + Massage + info she shared was 2 hours, rather than 2 full hours of an appointment. Some info was helpful, but a lot of it I felt was fairly generic and if it was personalized, didn't feel as if it was specifically for my needs
