Had a 2 hour massage and facial - massage was great, felt very relaxed and informed. Found it hard to relax in the facial as I didn't know what to expect/different stages (thought it would be more buccal style), it didn't align with my expectations. Facial + Massage + info she shared was 2 hours, rather than 2 full hours of an appointment. Some info was helpful, but a lot of it I felt was fairly generic and if it was personalized, didn't feel as if it was specifically for my needs

Sabrina was exceptional. It was my very first facial, and I didn’t know what to expect. She was incredibly professional, made me feel completely at ease, and carefully explained every step of the procedure in detail. We also reviewed my skin concerns, and she gave me many helpful skincare tips along with a personalized plan to follow. I highly recommend her! She is skilled, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what she does.
