Given 2 therapists as I was late, unable to find the tower entrance (they sent helpful film when I notified them, put me right). This was very kind, did not have to pay more. Have a v painful shoulder injury so a bit apprehensive but Sabrina listened carefully, during the massage avoided the painful area while paying attention to surroundings.It really helped ease my shoulder muscles round the injury site. Overall a pleasant experience, only drawback a very tiny room, felt a bit claustrophobic.
