The staff was really nice, the beautician made me feel comfortable and talked to me to distract me from pain. Really good treatment! I had some wax left after... Took me 2 days to get rid of it so that's my only complain.

strange set up and difficult to find. lovely staff but was left with bits of wax all over me and did not use lycon wax.
