Service was fine but my appointment got changed 20 mins earlier than I wanted. And when I showed up the previous customer was still being served. Finally got served at the time initially booked. Did not appreciate this especially with a very tight schedule.

Perfect eye brow and upper lip waxing! Titiana was very attentive and when I told her to go over again, she didn't hesitate to make sure I was satisfied with my treatment! Will definitely come back!

Wax itself was great - painfree and got every hair. Was surprised to find the venue itself was one room with drawn posh-styled hospital curtains. If you like a quiet relaxing spa vibe then this isn't for you but the wax was great value for money and staff were very friendly. I will go back! :)
