I was booked in on the day of my Christmas party for nails, brows and lashes but when I arrived I was advised the Charlotte wasn't there. I was disappointed and inconvenienced by this and thought it was unprofessional to simply not be there for an appointment with a client without trying to contact them. I also emailed the salon giving ample opportunity for Charlotte to communicate with me but I've waited several weeks now and have heard nothing, leaving me with no choice but to go elsewhere.
