Staff were welcoming as I arrived, room was clean and comfortable! Left feeling very relaxed and skin feeling soft! Charlotte talked me though the whole process and made me feel very at ease! Would recommend to a friend!

It was my first wax and I was dreading it to be honest but it was honestly nowhere near as painful or embarrassing as I thought it would be. Charlotte was absolutely lovely - very professional but really kind and chatty and put me at ease straight away. I am so pleased with the results and will definitely go back.
