This was my first bikini waxing experience with Alex after a previously negative experience elsewhere. . She made it such a positive experience, and as painless as possible. You cannot go wrong with hot wax, but only if the person waxing you is skilled, knowledgable, empathetic and very careful - which Alex was. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She was wonderful
