Perfect waxing experience. Ioana was very precise and diligent, even carefully going over my arms and legs after and plucking any stray single hairs (which not every beautician does!). Will book again.

Lots more ingrown hairs than usual. Seems the hairs have broken not come out fully. Disappointed as does not happen with other staff.
