This is my go to place for waxing and for the first time I received unpleasant experience with the person on the call. I was trying to confirm my appointment at 10am and she told me the therapist I chose is unavailable (doesn’t make any sense cause she’s available on the app) and I asked to reschedule. She raised her tone rudely and said it cannot be moved or I’ll loose my money. The treatment was great regardless. Perhaps need to be improved in the future.
