Annabella was really professional and explained the whole process to me. She ensured I was comfortable at all times and when I had a query after my treatment got back to me right away. The lash lift has held nearly two weeks so far through lots of swimming and a hot climate. Will definitely have the lash lift again very pleased with results have not had to wear mascara since getting it done :)
