I didn’t get asked any questions in order to personalise my treatment considering I’d never been treated by this staff member before. The wax result was extremely general, didn’t suit my face or individualise to what my eyebrows required. Not happy.

Very good painless and thorough Hollywood wax, however my legs, eyebrows and chin were much less through with quite obvious bits left undone and uneven unfortunately.
