I did a lash lift here this week ahead of a wedding and the result was virtually inexistent. Despite telling the practitioner to redo it, she didn't do it. I emailed the salon to ask for a refund (with pics) and still no response after 3 days.

I have been getting waxed for 15yrs and I have never experienced this much pain during a wax before. She pulled my skin too much without stretching it, so I've ended up with purple bruising around my bikini line. She also didn't remove all of my hair
