Not very welcoming on arrival - waited a while after appointment time, not acknowledged and very painful treatment leading skin bruising - she said it was because o have vitiligo but it’s in areas that I don’t… and it doesn’t happen at other appointments

I don’t recommend, she left a lot of hair behind with her technique. She left hot marks on my legs with the hot wax warmer. The room was very hot with the AC machine blowing hot air. I won’t be returning.
