The place is a little bit dated. Lovely staff, and the massage was relaxing, however she didn't concentrate on problem areas enough and remove knots.

I had a different lady this time and she was very good. She tinted my eyebrows with the colour I usually go for and left on for a little while, I felt like it was a long time but in the end they were the right colour so was worrying over nothing, although usually they would do a bit lighter then see if I wanted it left on a little longer. Apart from this (which turned out but to be a problem anyway) I had a very pleasant experience.

I had a new lady do my eyebrows this time and she ported me the choice of having them shaped by threading, waxing or tweezers. I had then threaded as I prefer this method and she did a great job. I stubbed slightly early but didn't have to wait so that was great as previously they have been behind schedule in there. An overall very good experience.
