RF is hot! Too hot for me. However I don't like heat at the best of times. I can't see a difference but maybe it will take some time or maybe I'm too old for it to make a difference. Staff very kind and helpful.

Lovely staff and very clean. However wax took longer than usual as she struggled to get a lot of my hair - this hasn't happened previously as I wax regularly and have quite fine hair. But overall the atmosphere made up for this and the staff were very professional and friendly.
